Content or source correction
Use this for a factual error, unsupported claim, outdated reference, unclear explanation, broken source, or wording that overstates what is known.
Email a content correctionTool or technical problem
Use this when a calculator, quiz, checklist, timer, audio control, link, result, or other page behavior is broken or confusing.
Email a technical reportAccessibility barrier
Report keyboard, focus, screen-reader, contrast, text-size, motion, audio, image-description, zoom, reflow, or touch problems.
Email an accessibility reportPrivacy or data question
Ask about browser storage, advertising, Google services, sharing behavior, email correspondence, or a possible privacy issue.
Email a privacy questionBusiness or advertising
Identify your organization, the proposed relationship, and any content or placement involved. Sending a proposal does not create an agreement.
Email a business inquiryGeneral site feedback
Share a suggestion about clarity, usefulness, organization, or an existing page. This route is for site feedback, not personal sleep advice.
Email general feedbackWhat to include
- Page
- The page title or URL and the heading, control, result, source number, or sentence involved.
- Problem
- What you saw, what you expected, and whether the problem happens every time or only in a particular state.
- Useful context
- Device type, browser name/version, screen size, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce a technical or accessibility issue.
- Evidence for a correction
- A link or citation to a primary study, systematic review, authoritative health source, or exact code/method mismatch when available.
- Screenshot
- Include one only if it helps and remove names, notifications, medical details, account information, or anything unrelated before sending.
You do not need to send your tool answers or sleep history to report a page problem. A made-up example can often reproduce a calculation or layout issue without sharing personal information.
What this inbox cannot provide
Not for emergencies
Do not wait for an email reply if someone may be in immediate danger, has severe symptoms, cannot stay safely awake, has serious breathing difficulty, or needs urgent medical care. Contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.
- Personal medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medicine changes, or interpretation of a medical report
- A doctor-patient, therapist-client, legal, or other professional relationship
- Emergency response, crisis support, or real-time monitoring
- A guarantee that a tool result is correct for one person's body, health history, job, pregnancy, child, or travel situation
- Account, billing, subscription, or password support, because Sleep Manager has no user accounts or payment flow
For questions about how a result is calculated, first check How Sleep Calculations Work. For health limits, read the Disclaimer.
What happens when you email
The contact links open your email application or provider; Sleep Manager does not operate an on-page contact form. Your message is processed by your email provider and the receiving email service. It includes the address, subject, message, attachments, and technical mail headers you choose to send.
Messages may be kept as needed to understand and reply to the inquiry, maintain a correction or issue record, protect the site, or meet applicable obligations. The site does not publish an automatic deletion schedule for email correspondence. Keep your message limited to what the website team actually needs.
Do not send sensitive health information
Sleep Manager does not need a diagnosis, full sleep diary, prescription list, test report, government identifier, home address, or another person's private information to investigate a content or tool issue.
More detail appears in the contact section of the Privacy Policy.
Messages are reviewed, but a reply is not guaranteed
No fixed response time is promised. Safety, privacy, calculation, broken-function, source, and accessibility reports are generally more actionable than promotional messages. A credible correction may lead to investigation and a page update even when an individual reply is not possible.
Sending a feature request, idea, source, design suggestion, or business proposal does not require Sleep Manager to use it, pay for it, keep it confidential, or enter an agreement. Do not send confidential business information without an agreed process.
